Share the character, colors, or inspiration you have in mind. I will review your ideas and provide suggestions based on style, materials, and overall feasibility.

Quote & Final Confirmation
You will receive:
• Final design direction
• Colour and fabric options
• Estimated production timeframe
• Total price
Once everything is confirmed, we can proceed to booking your slot.

03.
Deposit to Secure Your Spot
A $40–$60 deposit is required to reserve your custom order.
Your piece will be scheduled for production immediately upon receiving the deposit.

04.
Production & WIP Updates
I begin creating your piece and will provide WIP (work-in-progress) updates during key stages to ensure alignment on details.

05.
Completion & Final Approval
When the piece is finished, I will send detailed photos and videos for your review.
The remaining balance is paid only after you confirm that everything is perfect.

06.
Packaging & Dispatch
Each piece is wrapped securely with protective bubble wrap.
I also record photos and videos of the packaging before dispatch for full transparency.
Shipping is available via Australia Post, with both Standard and Express options.
If no preference is specified, the order will be shipped using Standard delivery by default.
